Answer:
The quickest way to determine if the BPI Flow Stack will fit your intake system is to find a measuring tape. Remove the
air filter from your intake system. Now measure the diameter of the intake tubing. Based on the measurment you can
select the desired option below.
| Measurment | Flow Stack | Comments |
| 2.75" +/- .06" | VS300600 | A reducer coupling is mandatory |
| 3" +/- .06" | VS300600 | Can use kit ASM30601 |
| 3.25" +/- .06" | VS300600 or VS350600 | A reducer coupling is mandatory |
| 3.5" +/- .06" | VS350600 | Can use kit ASM35601 |
| 3.75" +/- .06" | VS350600 | A reducer coupling is mandatory |

Answer:
Below is a table of the outer diameter (OD) and overall length (OAL) of the BPI Flow Stack and Flow Stack Assemblies. The OAL is
measured from the top of the filter (or stack) to the outlet of the Flow Stack, so this measurement reflects the added length to
your intake system from the end of your intake tubing.
| Part No. | OD | OAL |
| VS300600 | 6.1" (155 mm) | 2.5" (64 mm) |
| ASM30601 | 7.5" (191 mm) | 7.9" (201 mm) |
| ASM30602 | 7.5" (191 mm) | 6.3" (160 mm) |
| VS350600 | 6.1" (155 mm) | 2.5" (64 mm) |
| ASM35601 | 7.5" (191 mm) | 7.9" (201 mm) |
| ASM35602 | 7.5" (191 mm) | 6.3" (160 mm) |

Answer:
You can use a reducer coupling to couple your BPI Flow Stack to an intake system that does not match the outlet diameter of the
velocity stack being consider. BPI recommends that your intake system tubing diameter not be more 0.25" larger or smaller than
the outlet diameter of the BPI Flow Stack. For example the BPI VS300600 has a 3" outlet, so it is recommended that you not
couple this stack to your intake if your intake tubing diameter is larger than 3.25" or smaller than 2.75". This recommendation
is based on dyno test data for the VS300600 that showed that a 2.75" intake system with reducer coupling still provided performance
enhancements though not as significant when the velocity stack and intake are properly matched. Dyno testing was also performed
on a turbo application that showed that a 3.5" intake system flowed equivalent to 3" intake system with the BPI Flow Stack, VS300600.

Answer:
No, you cannot use your current intake's filter with the BPI Flow Stack. All current available BPI Flow Stacks utilize
a 6" flanged filter. These means that the filter was designed to clamp to 6" tubing, so unless you were running a 6" intake
system, your filter will not properly fit the BPI Flow Stacks.
|
Answer:
Yes. The BPI Flow Stack untilizes a 6" flanged filter, meaning the filter is designed to couple to 6" tubing. There are a other
manufacturers that develop a 6" flanger filter.
|
Answer:
Yes. The K&N RF-1048 filter is has a height of 6". The filter element tapers from a 4.5" to a 7.5" diameter. This a much larger filter
that most of the standard 3" cone filters available with aftermarket intake system. THe K&N RU-4600 is a compact alternative that is
often used on cold air intake systems in which the filter is positioned behind the bumper. The K&N RU-4600 tapers from a 4.5" to a 7.5"
diameter, but is only 4" in height.

Answer:
Yes, BPI will make every effort to ship to almost anywhere in the world. Understand that it can be rather expensive to ship to
some countries, sometimes costing as much as the order.
|
Answer:
Below is a table of BPI shipping fees. Please note that note all countries are reflected in the table below. Shipping charges will
be added to your order during check-out. If shipping charges are NOT added during check-out, then BPI will following up with your
order and request shipping fees.
Standard Domestic Shipping
| Location | Less Than $80 | Less Than $120 | Greater Than $120 |
| US Land | $9.00 | $11.00 | $17.00 |
| Hawaii & Alaska | $16.00 | $19.00 | $24.00 |

Domestic orders will generally be processed within 24 hours and will ship within 48 hours via FedEx Ground services. Once your order is processed you
will receive the FedEx Ground tracking information via email. This tracking number can be tracked by visiting
FedEx.com. Please note that orders are only processed and shipped Monday through Friday, so if you
place your order on Friday, your order will likely be processed and shipped the following week.
International orders will generally be processed and shipped within 72 hours. Our international orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail due to
the signficantly lower costs in shipping internationally, which we can then pass on to our customers. USPS International Priority Mail tracking information
will be sent via email.

Answer:
BPI can design and manufacturer any size velocity stack, but currently we only offer our velocity stacks in injection molded
PA66 Nylon. The tooling for the injection mold process makes this approach impractical for small volume runs. If you are
considering a high volume design for a new application, then the injection molding process will be more economical.
BPI is investigating machine shops to consider machining custom, small-volume requests. This should be a viable solution
sometime in late 2008.
